Pleated polyester instead of felt
Spunbond polyester can be pleated, so far more filtration area fits in the same volume: smaller units, larger filter area. Dust is held on the surface and released more easily by the cleaning pulse. Coatings include hydrophobic / oleophobic, antistatic aluminium, nanofibre and e-PTFE membrane.

What is the maximum temperature?
120 °C for oleophobic spunbond polyester, 80 °C for standard polyester and 80–100 °C for PTFE membrane elements.
