Outside the catalogue
When flow, pressure, temperature or fluid fall outside standard series, we design the housing to your specification: up to 400 bar, −40 °C to +300 °C, in duplex stainless, Hastelloy, titanium or polypropylene. ATEX, hygienic and backwash systems are included.
Design, calculation and testing
- Technical review of fluid, flow, temperature, pressure and contamination profile.
- Wall thickness, flange and nozzle calculations to EN 13445 or ASME Sec. VIII Div.1, verified by FEA where needed.
- Manufacture with ISO 3834-2 certified welding and ISO 12944 (C3–C5) coating.
- EN 13445-5 hydrostatic test, EN 10204 3.1 certificates and test reports; FAT acceptance tests witnessed by the customer.
