Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Smart Hareket ve Kontrol Sistemleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Smart Proje") as data controller, within the scope described below.

Personal data processed

When you fill in the quote and contact forms on our website, the following data is processed:

• Identity and contact details: name, company name, phone number, e-mail address
• Request details: the product you are interested in, technical information (flow, pressure, fluid), your message and any attached file
• Transaction security data: date and time of the request, page address, country and technical records used to prevent misuse

Purposes of processing

• To assess your quote and information requests and respond to you
• To carry out technical discussions and quotation processes for our products and services
• To prevent misuse of the forms and unsolicited submissions
• To fulfil our legal obligations

Legal basis and method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website and processed on the legal grounds set out in KVKK Article 5/2-c (directly related to the establishment of a contract), 5/2-ç (compliance with a legal obligation) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the data controller).

Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, strictly for the purposes above, to the service provider that hosts the website and stores form submissions (Cloudflare, Inc.) and to authorised public authorities upon request. Because hosting may be provided from servers located abroad, such transfers are made under KVKK Article 9.

Retention period

Request records are kept for the period required by the relevant legislation or by the purpose of processing after the request is concluded, and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• Request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and request erasure or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Article 7,
• Request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• Object to an outcome against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
